Το μακρινό 1991 τα αδέρφια Johnny και Joey Gioeli δημιούργησαν τους Hardline. Το συγκρότημα διαλύθηκε την επόμενη χρονιά κι επανήλθε το 1999. Έκανε ένα διετές "διάλειμμα" το 2009 και συνεχίζει μέχρι τις ημέρες μας. Έχει κυκλοφορήσει επτά "ολοκληρωμένους" στουντιακούς δίσκους (συν δύο live albums) με τον πλέον πρόσφατο να φέρει τον τίτλο "Heart, Mind And Soul" και να κυκλοφορεί προ πενταετίας (το καλοκαίρι του 2021). Ο διάδοχός του βρίσκεται προ των πυλών. Φέρει τον τίτλο "Shout" και αναμένεται σε λίγες ημέρες...
