Προ πενταετίας, το 2021, ο κιθαρίστας Carlos Alvarez (Shadowdance, ex-Power Theory, ex-Cipher, ex-Single Bullet Theory) δημιούργησε τους Behölder, οι οποίοι μας συστήνονται κάπως έτσι:

«Epic Doom / Power Metal weaving dark tales of adventure inspired by classic D&D filled with Magic, Mayhem and Riffs Heavier Than A Storm Giant’s Ass!!!»

Πέρυσι μας συστήθηκαν δισκογραφικά. Αρχικά κυκλοφόρησαν τον πρώτο "ολοκληρωμένο" τους δίσκο. "In the Temple of the Tyrant" ο τίτλος και "βγήκε" την άνοιξη (25 Απριλίου) του 2025 για να ακολουθήσει προ πενταμήνου (24 Οκτωβρίου 2025) το single "Tower of the Broken God".

Εστιάζουμε στο full length album και ακούμε την φωνή των Judicator (John Yelland), τον Andrew Julkowski στα τύμπανα, τον Matt Hodsdon στην κιθάρα, Michael Sanchez (ex-Judicator) στο μπάσο και φυσικά τον Carlos Alvarez, ενώ σε ένα τραγούδι (τραγούδι) "Eyes of the Deep" συμμετέχει και ο τραγουδιστής των Amorphis, Tomi Joutsen.

Η δισκογραφική τους εταιρεία (Black Lion Records) διατείνεται ότι η μουσική πρόταση των Behölder απευθύνεται στους φίλους συγκροτημάτων όπως οι Candlemass, οι Solitude Aeturnus, οι Sorcerer και οι Memento Mori.
