Ο Eldritch υπάρχουν στο "κουρμπέτι" 32 χρόνια [συν τρία αν συνυπολογίσουμε την προγενέστερη μορφή τους (Zeus)], πήραν το όνομά τους από τίτλο τραγουδιού των Watchtower και ιδιαίτερα οι τρεις πρώτοι τους δίσκοι ("Seeds of Rage" 1995, "Headquake" 1997, "El Niño" 1998) ανήκουν στους κορυφαίους της δεκαετίας (κι όχι μόνο).
Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει συνολικά δώδεκα "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους με πλέον πρόσφατο το album "Eos", το οποίο "βγήκε" πρόπερσι. Ο διάδοχός του είναι προ των πυλών. Φέρει τον τίτλο "Innervoid" και αναμένεται στα μέσα του τελευταίου φθινοπωρινού μήνα. Νέο μέλος της Ιταλικής μπάντας είναι ο τραγούδιστής Alex Jarusso, ο οποίος εντάθηκε στους Eldritch φέτος. Οι Ιταλοί metallers μας λένε σχετικά:
