Στο φετινό μουσικό φεστιβάλ Wacken Open Air εμφανίσθηκαν οι Satan και τους βλέπουμε - ακούμε να αποδίδουν "ζωντανά" το τραγούδι τους "Testimony", το οποίο πρωτακούσαμε στον (υπέροχο) δίσκο των Βρετανών metallers "Life Sentence" που κυκλοφόρησε την άνοιξη του 2013. Επρόκειτο για τον πρώτο δίσκο των Satan μετά το album "Suspended Sentence" του 1987.

Οι Satan υπάρχουν στο heavy metal σύμπαν (περισσότερες από) τέσσερις δεκαετίες. Δημιουργήθηκαν το 1979 και συνεχίζουν, με διαλείμματα, μέχρι τις ημέρες μας (αν και όχι πάντα με αυτό το όνομα). Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει έξι "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους (συν τρία demos, τρία singles, ένα ep, τρεις συλλογές και δύο live albums)...
