Οι Guardian Of Lightning δημιουργήθηκαν προ πενταετίας (το 2017) στην Βραζιλία. Heavy metal τρίο με έμφαση στο μπάσο (που έχει ηγετικό ρόλο αλά Manowar ή Motörhead), η οποία αποκαλεί την μουσική της "Thunder Metal". Μας συστήνονται με αυτόν τον τρόπο:
«Guardian of Lightning is the herald of a new wave of metal, known as thunder metal. Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil the three-piece band featuring lead bassist Iron King, his father Marco Fino on vocals and rhythm guitar, and Lord Drum on the drums. The band’s unique sound known as “thunder metal” is a fresh take on the metal genre, replacing the typical lead guitar role with that of an ultra-heavy thundering electric bass.»

Το ντεμπούτο των Guardian Of Lightning τιτλοφορείται "Cosmos Tree" και κυκλοφόρησε προ διετίας. Πλέον "βγήκε" (από τις 23 Αυγούστου 2022) η remastered έκδοση του δίσκου, με την συμβολή του Billy Stull (βλ. Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Peter Cris, Carmine Apice κλπ). Το νέο εξώφυλλο επιμελήθηκε ο Gerson Watanuki, ενώ υπάρχει και μία νέα (extended version) έκδοση του τραγουδιού "Sound Of Thunder". Παρακολουθούμε το μουσικό βίντεο του εν λόγω τραγουδιού, για το οποίο η μπάντα τονίζει: «Nobody was harmed or hurt while filming this video!»
