Nicoletta Rosellini: Ιταλίδα τραγουδίστρια, 34 ετών. Ξεκίνησε μέσω της μπάντας διασκευών Neverwing, η οποία δραστηριοποιήθηκε από το 2007 έως το 2010 και στην συνέχεια μετονομάσθηκε σε Kalidia (που διαλύθηκαν προ τριετίας, το 2022).

Πλέον την ακούμε στα συγκροτήματα Alterium, Walk in Darkness και The Erinyes. Παράλληλα έχει δημιουργήσει και YouTube κανάλι στο οποίο μας παρουσιάζει βίντεο με διασκευές. Η πλέον πρόσφατη αφορά το πασίγνωστο τραγούδι "Because the Night".

Το εν λόγω μουσικό κομμάτι, (πρωτο)κυκλοφόρησε ως single στις 2 Μαρτίου του 1978 και προετοίμαζε το έδαφος για τον δίσκο της Patti Smith "Easter". Ο Bruce Springsteen έγραψε και ηχογράφησε μία πρώιμη (demo) εκδοχή του τραγουδιού κατά την διάρκεια των ηχογραφήσεων για το άλμπουμ του "Darkness on the Edge of Town", αλλά θεωρούσε ότι δεν ταίριαζε στο ύφος του δίσκου.

Ο παραγωγός Jimmy Iovine, ο οποίος συνεργαζόταν τότε τόσο με τον Springsteen όσο και με την Patti Smith, έφερε το κομμάτι στην Patti. Αυτή έγραψε εκ νέου τους περισσότερους από τους αρχικούς στίχους, διατηρώντας παράλληλα το βασικό ρεφρέν. Η Nicoletta μας λέει σχετικά με την διασκευή:
