Οι Tokyo Blade υπάρχουν στο μουσικό σύμπαν από τα τελειώματα της δεκαετίας του εβδομήντα (αρχικά ως White Diamond, εν συνεχεία ως Killer, Genghis Khan, Mádäme Guillotine και πάλι Genghis Khan κι από το 1983 με το τωρινό τους όνομα) και συνεχίζουν (με δύο διαλείμματα) μέχρι τις ημέρες μας έχοντας κυκλοφορήσει μία... ενδεκάδα full length albums, μία... ενδεκάδα συλλογές, ένα boxed set, τέσσερα EPs, μπόλικα singles, δύο live albums, μία βιντεοκασέτα και δύο DVDs.

Γυρίζουμε πίσω στο μακρινό 1985 και τους ακούμε να αποδίδουν στο Λονδίνο (Camden Palace Theatre) "ζωντανά" -στις 24 Σεπτεμβρίου- το τραγούδι "Playroom Of Poison Dreams", το οποίο γνωρίσαμε μέσα από τον τρίτο δίσκο τους "Blackhearts & Jaded Spades" που κυκλοφόρησε την ίδια χρονιά.

Το αποτέλεσμα της εν λόγω συναυλίας το βλέπουμε και το ακούμε στο live album "Live from London" που "βγήκε" το 1985 σε βιντεοκασέτα (VHS - υπό τον τίτλο "Live at Camden Palace, London"), το 2005 σε DVD και το 2016 σε ψηφιακή μορφή. Ακούμε τους Vicki James Wright (φωνητικά), Andy Boulton (κιθάρα), Andy Wrighton (μπάσο), Steve Pierce (τύμπανα) και John Wiggins (κιθάρα)...
