Bad Company: ένα από τα σημαντικότερα Βρετανικά (και όχι μόνο) rock / hard rock συγκροτήματα. Σχηματίσθηκε το μακρινό 1973 και παρέμεινε ενεργό (με... διαλείμματα) μέχρι και προ τριετίας. Έχει κυκλοφορήσει μία... ντουζίνα full length albums (όλα στην... προηγούμενη χιλιετία!) και επτά "ζωντανά" ηχογραφημένους δίσκους συν ισάριθμες συλλογές.

Τον Μάιο του 2002 κυκλοφορούσε ο "ζωντανά" ηχογραφημένος δίσκος (DVD) των Bad Company υπό τον τίτλο "In Concert: Merchants of Cool". Τους παρακολουθούμε να αποδίδουν το (καταπληκτικό) ομώνυμο τραγούδι τους (σύνθεση του Paul Rodgers και του Simon Kirke), το οποίο γνωρίσαμε μέσα από το "μυθικό" ντεμπούτο ("Bad Company", το πρώτο μουσικό κομμάτι της δεύτερης πλευράς του βινυλίου) που "βγήκε" τον Μάρτιο του 1974...
