Τον Ιανουάριο του 1973 κυκλοφορούσε το ομώνυμο ντεμπούτο των Aerosmith. Το πλέον γνωστό τραγούδι του album είναι το "Dream On", το οποίο συνέθεσε ο Steven Tyler με τον φίλο του, Steven Emspack. Τον Ιούνιο της ίδιας χρονιάς κυκλοφόρησε και ως single (με το "Somebody" στην δεύτερη πλευρά).

Η Αμερικάνικη μπάντα δημιούργησε ένα (νέο) lyric video του "μυθικού" και εμβληματικού τραγουδιού (ενός από τα συγκλονιστικότερα μουσικά κομμάτια στο ευρύτερο φάσμα της rock / hard rock μουσικής) με αφορμή την "Legendary Edition" του ντεμπούτου τους, το οποίο κυκλοφόρησε (σε διάφορες εκδόσεις) την πρωταπριλιά (1η Απριλίου 2026).
