Ο Joel Hoekstra μας έρχεται από την Αμερική (ΗΠΑ). 55 ετών κιθαρίστας, τον οποίο μάθαμε από την συμμετοχή του στους Whitesnake, ενώ τον έχουμε δει στην σκηνή και με τους Trans-Siberian Orchestra, την Cher, τους Night Ranger, κλπ.
