Τον Σεπτέμβριο του 1983 οι Saga κυκλοφορούσαν τον πέμπτο "ολοκληρωμένο" δίσκο τους υπό τον τίτλο "Heads or Tales". Το album μας "συστήθηκε" μέσω του τραγουδιού "The Flyer". Ήταν το εναρκτήριο του album, ενώ κυκλοφόρησε και αυτόνομα ως single (με το τραγούδι "The Writing" στην δεύτερη πλευρά του βινυλίου).

Τους στίχους έγραψε ο (μπασίστας / πληκτράς) Jim Crichton και την μουσική ο Crichton και ο (τραγουδιστής) Michael Sadler. Ακούμε τους Michael Sadler (φωνητικά, πλήκτρα), Ian Crichton (κιθάρα), Jim Gilmour (πλήκτρα, φωνητικά στο τραγούδι "Scratching the Surface"), Jim Crichton (μπάσο, πλήκτρα) και Steve Negus (τύμπανα).

Οι Saga μας έρχονται από τον Καναδά. Pomp / prog rock συγκρότημα, το οποίο δημιουργήθηκε το μακρινό 1977 και συνεχίζει μέχρι τις ημέρες μας έχοντας κυκλοφορήσει 22 full length albums, εννέα "ζωντανά" ηχογραφημένους δίσκους, δεκατρείς συλλογές, έξι videos / DVDs και μπόλικα singles...
