Το θυμάμαι το ντεμπούτο των Elwing ("Immortal Stories"), πίσω στο 2002. Αρχικά ήταν το εξώφυλλο του Ken Kelly (RIP) κι εν συνεχεία το μουσικό περιεχόμενο της Καβαλιώτικης μπάντας. Οι Elwing κυκλοφόρησαν δύο full length albums και στην συνέχεια χάθηκαν τα ίχνη τους, με τα μέλη τους να συνεχίζουν σε άλλες μπάντες.

Δύο εξ αυτών, ο Παναγιώτης Ρουμελιώτης και ο Τάσος Καραπαπάζογλου μαζί με τον blues rock τραγουδιστή Άγγελο Καλόγρηα, σχημάτισαν προ οκαετίας τους The Shadows of Ithaca. Ας τους αφήσουμε να μας συστηθούν:

«It was in November 2017 when the sensuous blues rock singer Aggelos Kalogrias suggested partnership to the virtuoso power metal axeman Panos Roumeliotis.

Their prolific collaboration is reflected in the hard & heavy maiden opus "Hunt the Hunter" released in 2023 by "The Shadows Of Ithaca".

The Greek songwriters feature an ambitious metal proposition which taps into the past yet staying up to date.»
