Οι Rising Steel σχηματίσθηκαν πριν από δεκατρία έτη (το 2012) στην Γαλλία (Grenoble, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes). Πρόκειται για heavy / power metal συγκρότημα, το οποίο μας συστήνεται κάπως έτσι:

«Rising Steel is a band wich is based on powerful riffs and strong Heavy Metal spirit ! Based in Grenoble, France, the band delivers a “not so” classical heavy metal but a bunch more with their influences going mainly from the 80’s NWOBHM scene, but also from Hard Rock to Thrash Metal.

Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει ένα ep ("Warlord" - 2015) και τους (τρεις) "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους ["Return of the Warlord" (2016), "Fight Them All" (2020), "Beyond the Gates of Hell" (2022)] με τον τέταρτο ("King Of The Universe") να βρίσκεται προ των πυλών.

Στην παρούσα θα γυρίσουμε τους δείκτες του χρόνου πίσω, στις 25 Οκτωβρίου 2016, όπου εμφανίσθηκαν στην Γκρενόμπλ (Belle Electrique) στην βραδιά της κυκλοφορίας (release show) του album "Return of the Warlord".

Μεταξύ των τραγουδιών που απέδωσαν ήταν και μία διασκευή στον ύμνο των Accept (και του heavy metal γενικότερα) "Metal Heart". Το τραγούδι το πρωτακούσαμε στον ομότιτλο δίσκο των Γερμανών metallers (το εναρκτήριο μουσικό κομμάτι) που κυκλοφόρησε τον Μάρτιο του 1985...
