Axemaster. Όσοι ασχολούνται με το underground US metal ίσως τους θυμούνται. Ιδρύθηκαν πριν από σαράντα χρόνια, το 1985, στις Η.Π.Α. (Kent, Ohio). Παραμένουν ενεργοί μέχρι τις ημέρες μας όχι πάντα με το ίδιο όνομα (1991-1995 ως The Awakening, 2008-2010 ως Inner Terror).

Δίσκους ολοκληρωμένους έχουν βγάλει τέσσερις: "Blessing in the Skies" (Ιούνιος 1987), "Death Before Dishonor" (Ιανουάριος 1990), "Overture to Madness" (Μάρτιος 2015) και "Crawling Chaos" (Νοέμβριος 2017) συν έξι demos - promos, τέσσερα singles και μία συλλογή.

Στην παρούσα ανάρτηση εστιάζουμε στο ντεμπούτο τους ("Blessing in the Skies") που κυκλοφόρησε το καλοκαίρι του 1987 [επανακυκλοφόρησε τόσο το 2007 σε cd, όσο και το 2017 σε βινύλιο υπό τον τίτλο "Blessing in the Skies (And Other Cuts from the Chamber)"] και ειδικότερα στο μουσικό βίντεο του τραγουδιού "Slave to the Blade"...

Also featured on the European only DVD release "Defenders of the Faith" released by Kastle Killers, and the song is included on the double vinyl album from Pure Steel Records "Blessing in the Skies (and other cuts from the Chamber)".»
