Την 1η Σεπτεμβρίου 1984 κυκλοφόρησε το single των Motörhead, "Killed By Death" σε βινύλιο (τόσο σε "επτάρι", όσο και σε "δωδεκάρι"). Στην δεύτερη πλευρά του βινυλίου, στο "επτάρι, υπήρχε το "Under the Knife" και στο "δωδεκάρι το "Under the Knife" και μία (fast version) του ιδίου τραγουδιού.

Για κάποια (μάλλον απροσδιόριστη) αιτία ο ύμνος "Killed By Death" δεν συμπεριλήφθηκε σε κάποιο full length album του θρυλικού συγκροτήματος παρά μόνο στην συλλογή "No Remorse" μαζί με τρία ακόμη ακυκλοφόρητα τραγούδια, τα: "Snaggletooth", "Steal Your Face" and "Locomotive".
