«One of the very first songs that Bill and I played. This was the song that Brian Slagel heard. He was working at Oz Records and we had a cassette. He put it in, and within 8 bars he asked if we wanted to be on Metal Massacre II. We did decide to use Lucifer's Hammer as the track. The rest is history.»
