Οι Ivory μας έρχονται από την Ιταλία. Δημιουργήθηκαν, ως Anthem, στο δεύτερο μισό της δεκαετίας του ενενήντα (1996). Τέσσερα χρόνια μετά (και δύο demos) άλλαξαν το όνομα (σε Ivory) έπειτα από προτροπή της δισκογραφικής τους εταιρείας.

Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει τρεις "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους ("Prophecy of a Dream" 2003, "Time for Revenge" 2008, "A Moment, a Place and a Reason" 2016), ένα demo ("Atlantis Falls" 2007) κι ένα ep πέρυσι ("A Social Desease" 2022).

Το τέταρτο full length album των Ιταλών metallers είναι προ των πυλών. Τιτλοφορείται "Alien Nation" κι έχει προγραμματισθεί να κυκλοφορήσει στα τελειώματα του δεύτερου φθινοπωρινού μήνα (31 Οκτωβρίου 2023) μέσω της δισκογραφικής εταιρείας Underground Symphony...

Nine tracks much more prog oriented, but still retaining the characteristic vocal melodies, with epic choruses and shredding guitar solos.

Recorded between Salvo Vecchio's home studio (guitarist of Ivory) and Matt Stancioiu's renowned Elnor Studio, with “Alien Nation”, Ivory set the production bar very high, achiving a really crisp and modern sound, which is a further growth for the band comparing it with the more classic hard/prog sound of the previous works.

“Alien Nation” is a lyrical concept that follows the path of the previous EP, dealing throughout the album with the various moods of the human being and will be officially worldwide released October 31, 2023, both on digital platforms and in a elegant four-fold digipack, as usual for the Underground Symphony standards.»
