Το full length album "Eye II Eye" ήταν το τελευταίο (χρονικά) των Scorpions στην προηγούμενη... χιλιετία. Κυκλοφόρησε τον Μάρτιο του 1999, με το single "To Be No. 1" να προετοιμάζει το έδαφος. Το single περιλάμβανε το ομότιτλο τραγούδι (μουσική - στίχοι: Peter Wolf, Matthias Jabs) σε δύο εκδοχές (Radio Edit και Album Version) συν το μουσικό κομμάτι "Mind like a Tree" (το οποίο υπάρχει επίσης στον δίσκο "Eye II Eye").
