Το φθινόπωρο του 2004 κυκλοφορούσε το δέκατο full length album των Fates Warning υπό τον τίτλο "FWX" (αποκαλούμενο και ως Fates Warning X). Ήταν ο τελευταίος δίσκος του μουσικού σχήματος του Jim Matheos με τον (τιτάνα) Mark Zonder στα τύμπανα. Το album επανακυκλοφόρησε χθες (7 Ιουλίου 2023) σε cd και διπλό βινύλιο με τρία επιπλέον τραγούδια (σε σχέση με τα δέκα της αρχικής έκδοσης):
