Το μακρινό 1995 σχηματίσθηκαν στην Ιταλία οι Anguish. Οκτώ έτη αργότερα (και μετά την κυκλοφορία τεσσάρων demos) μετονομάσθηκαν σε Anguish Force συνεχίζοντας μέχρι τις ημέρες μας. Το σλόγκαν τους; «Heavy Metal is our Mission.»

Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει δέκα "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους, επτά EPs, δύο singles και ισάριθμες συλλογές. Το νέο τους δισκογραφικό πόνημα τιτλοφορείται "Novum Ordinem Vetus Emblem" και κυκλοφορεί ήδη αυτοχρηματοδοτούμενο σε ψηφιακή μορφή και μέσω δισκογραφικής εταιρείας σε cd...
