Black Soul Horde - 'The Curse' (official audio)

As aeons are passing,
Earth sees Elder Tribes growing strong
The truth of the world
Remains trapped in a web of deceit
The space-time continuum is broken,
Now Yithians await
An insectoid race will take
Over when humans extinct

Alien force possessed my soul
I can't stand the pain,
I embrace the sorrow
Memories cut like razor blades
Where have I been so very long?
There's no tomorrow

Onward through blackness
And madness I leap and I plunge
Towering walls standing tall,
As I enter the void
Puny souls tremble in panic,
Weak spirits fade out
Cosmic worlds rippling through
Ours to remain undestroyed

Alien force possessed my soul
I can't stand the pain,
I embrace the sorrow
Memories cut like razor blades
Where have I been so very long?
There's no tomorrow

Ο δίσκος των Black Soul Horde 'Horrors from the Void'
Μπορεί μεταξύ του πρώτου ("Tales of the Ancient Ones" 2013) και του δεύτερου δίσκου ("Land of Demise" 2020) να μεσολάβησαν επτά έτη, αλλά η επόμενη δισκογραφική δουλειά τους δεν μας έβαλε σε μακροχρόνια αναμονή. Το τρίτο full length album των Ελλήνων metallers φέρει τον τίτλο "Horrors from the Void" και κυκλοφόρησε προ τριετίας.

Οι Black Soul Horde δημιουργήθηκαν πριν από μία ενδεκάδα έτη και μας παρουσιάζονται κάπως έτσι: «Classic Heavy Metal attitude with NWOBHM and Doom epicness and melody. Also influenced from the occult, the Norse and epic mythology.»

Δελτίο τύπου: «Black Soul Horde was created by John Tsiakopoulos (guitars) and Jim Kotsis (vocals) in 2012 as a side project. Soon after the first few recording sessions, having realized that the old-school oriented, metallic outcome was -no less than- the music they grew up with and loved, they decided to turn BSH into a live band.

And so it happened. Black Soul Horde's sound is merely based on the classic heavy metal sound of the NWOBHM scene, while at the same time containing elements of the modern European heavy-power metal sound (Germany, Italy etc) and American heavy metal-like vocals varying from brutal growls to high pitched melodies.

Their lyrics are inspired by the Greek and Norwegian mythology and the respectful works of Robert E. Howard (writer of Conan), H.P. Lovecraft and John Milton to name a few.

The strong point of Black Soul Horde is their memorable riffs and catchy melodies, based on extraordinary lead guitar work in the vein of the Iron Maiden legacy, as well as their epic straight forward lyrics, which all combined, create a battlefield experience on and off the stage.»
