«Kate Nord is a Finnish singer/songwriter and a classically trained vocalist creating symphonic fantasy metal music from Central Italy.» Κάπως έτσι μας συστήνεται η Φινλανδέζα τραγουδίστρια (η οποία μένει πλέον στην Ιταλία).

Την πρωτακούσαμε στον δίσκο των Noveria "Forsaken" (που κυκλοφόρησε το 2016) όπου τραγουδά στο μουσικό κομμάτι "When Everything Falls" και απαγγέλλει στο τραγούδι "Hatred". Το δικό της ντεμπούτο ήταν το single "Walking in the Air" (διασκευή στο γνωστό τραγούδια από την ταινία κινουμένων σχεδίων του 1982 "The Snowman").

Στα τελειώματα του περασμένου έτους (16 Δεκεμβρίου 2022) κυκλοφόρησε (αυτοχρηματοδοτούμενο σε ψηφιακή μορφή) και τον πρώτο "ολοκληρωμένο" της δίσκο υπό τον τίτλο "Compass to Your Heart’s Desire".

Η Kate ανέλαβε τα φωνητικά και τα πλήκτρα και την συντροφεύουν ο κιθαρίστας Francesco Mattei, ο Timo Tolkki (παίζει κιθάρα στο τραγούδι "Wither and Rust"), ο μπασίστας Andrea Arcangeli και ο drummer Omar Campitelli.
