Οι Tankard μας έρχονται από την Φρανκφούρτη. Δημιουργήθηκαν το μακρινό 1982. Τους πρώτους μήνες ως Avenger, τους επόμενους ως Vortex και από το 1983 με το τωρινό τους όνομα. Thrash metal συγκρότημα, το οποίο έχει κυκλοφορήσει -μεταξύ άλλων- 19 full length albums...
