To τραγούδι "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" αποτελεί ένα από τα γνωστότερα μουσικά κομμάτια όχι μόνο του Αμερικανικού συγκροτήματος Blue Öyster Cult, αλλά και ολάκερης της δεκαετίας του εβδομήντα. Το γνωρίσαμε ως μέρος του δίσκου των BOC "Agents of Fortune" που κυκλοφόρησε τον Μάιο του 1976, ενώ λίγες ημέρες αργότερα "βγήκε" και αυτόνομα, ως single.
Πρόκειται για σύνθεση του Buck Dharma, με τους στίχους να αφορούν την αιώνια αγάπη και τον αναπόφευκτο θάνατο. Σήμερα σας το παρουσιάζουμε σε μία ιδιαίτερη και (νομίζω) ενδιαφέρουσα διασκευή. Η καλλιτέχνιδα Nini (υπογράφει ως Nini Music) μας συστήνεται κάπως έτσι:
«Nini grew up in Taichung, Taiwan and has played and studied Chinese Traditional Folk instruments for over 20 years. She has toured Europe, the USA, Canada, China, Japan, and all of her home island playing in orchestral as well as rock settings. Nini is now on a journey to create her own unique sounds with the use of her traditional instruments and share them with the world.»
