Τον Σεπτέμβριο του μακρινού 1993 κυκλοφορούσε ένας από τους δίσκους - μνημείο στην ιστορία του heavy metal, το album των Conception "Parallel Minds". Μελωδία, άκρατος λυρισμός, prog power metal υψηλού επιπέδου. Δίσκος που έγινε σημείο αναφοράς.

Το album ξεκινά με τον ύμνο "Water Confines" και συνεχίζει με πιθανά το πλέον γνωστό τραγούδι της Νορβηγικής μπάντας, το υπέροχο "Roll the Fire".
