Τους θυμάμαι τους Blind Illusion. Είχαν προκαλέσει έναν σχετικό "θόρυβο" γύρω από το όνομά τους (στους underground κύκλους) με την κυκλοφορία του δίσκου "The Sane Asylum" το μακρινό 1988.

Αυτό που δεν γνώριζα είναι ότι η Αμερικάνικη μπάντα έχει επανέλθει. Επανασυνδέθηκε το 2009 και την τελευταία τριετία επανήλθε δισκογραφικά με ένα ep, δύο singles και μία συλλογή.

Εν έτει 2022 οι Blind Illusion θα κυκλοφορήσουν το τρίτο full length album υπό τον τίτλο "Wrath of the Gods". Από την "παλαιά φρουρά" βρίσκουμε τον Marc Biedermann (φωνητικά και κιθάρα), ο οποίος πλαισιώνεται από τον μπασίστα Tom Gears, τον κιθαρίστα Doug Piercy (βλ. επίσης Anvil Chorus, ex-Heathen, ex-Angel Witch κλπ) και τον drummer των Death Angel (τις περιόδους 1982-1991, 2001-2008) Andy Galeon...
