Το κύκνειο άσμα (την πρώτης περιόδου) του Dio με τους Sabbs. Είχε την πολύ δύσκολη αποστολή να διαδεχθεί τον κολοσσό "Heaven and Hell". Βαριά η παρακαταθήκη, αλλά κατάφερε να το κοιτάξει στα μάτια.

Κυκλοφόρησε την 1η Οκτωβρίου του 1981 από την Warner Bros. Records. Στις 5 Μαρτίου (2021) θα γνωρίσει την πολλοστή επανακυκλοφορία του. Θα "βγει" μέσω της Rhino Records σε διπλό cd και διπλό βινύλιο.

Τα εννέα τραγούδια της αρχικής έκδοσης θα πλαισιωθούν από άλλα τόσα από "ζωντανές" εμφανίσεις της μπάντας σε Λονδίνο και Πόρτλαντ το 1981 και το 1982, ενώ ο δεύτερος δίσκος θα περιλαμβάνει ολόκληρη -ακυκλοφόρητη- συναυλία (13 τραγουδιών) των Black Sabbath (Live at Portland Memorial Coliseum).
