Προ διετίας σχηματίσθηκαν στην Ιταλία οι Nero or the Fall of Rome. Μπάντα επικού metal με doom και black στοιχεία, η οποία δηλώνει ως επιρροές συγκροτήματα όπως οι Bathory, Celtic Frost, Cirith Ungol, Hellhammer, Primordial, Satyricon, Darkthrone και μας παρουσιάζεται κάπως έτσι:
