Οι Mad Max μας έρχονται από την Γερμανία. Δημιουργήθηκαν το μακρινό 1981 με όνομα εμπνευσμένο από την ομότιτλη ταινία του 1979. Εννέα χρόνια αργότερα διαλύθηκαν (προσωρινά). Στα τέλη του περασμένου αιώνα επανήλθαν δριμύτεροι και συνεχίζουν μέχρι τις ημέρες μας. Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει δεκατρείς "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους, δύο EPs, ισάριθμα singles. Το νέο τους album είναι προ των πυλών. Τιτλοφορείται "Stormchild Rising" κι αναμένεται στα τελειώματα του καλοκαιριού...
