Drawing inspiration from the legendary bands of this genre of music, Blind Revolution laid their personal touch to every single note in order to find their place in the new Rock ’n’ Roll music scene.
Produced by Cristiano, Simone and Umberto Ferro, the album recordings took place at Futura Studio Recording & Production. Mixing and mastering were thoroughly crafted by Lorenzo “The Master” Coriglione, who gave the entire album a compact, impactful and at the same time melodic sound.
All the typical elements of the Blind Revolution “brand” are well present here: Cristiano’s melodies, airy but also decisive when needed; Simone’s guitar grinds out riffing and always contextualized solos; Massimiliano’s bass is never trivial and gives depth to the band sound; Giovanni’s drumming knows how to “shield” sober and foil.
The title of the album “Money, Love, Light” tries to enclose in three simple words the path described in the track list; A journey made of dreams, needs, disappointments and hopes. Bio: «Blind Revolution were formed in 2010, by the brothers Simone and Cristiano Sipione, respectively guitars and vocals, who decided to give life to a new band after several previous musical endeavors.
Driven by the will to honor their idols and music influences (bands like Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, Van Halen, Journey, etc.) they found in the experienced Massimiliano Ricciardo (bass player for a number of local bands) the perfect rhythm section partner.
A natural alchemy was immediately born between the three, which soon became a great friendship. After a few personnel changes, they caught a lucky break and welcomed Giovanni Maucieri on drums, one of the most talented drummers in the area that completes the line-up and Blind Revolution begin their music adventure.
Right from the start the band felt the urgency to give voice to their inspiration and one live show after another, started to consolidate its local fan base and decide to put themselves to the test to appear in a number of music contests and festivals for emerging bands with the excited and eager as ever to make their voices and their music heard.»
