Ένδεκα "ζωντανά" ηχογραφημένοι δίσκοι φέρουν το όνομα του (των) Dio (ο πλέον πρόσφατος -"How Do You Plead (Live Dallas '90)"- βγήκε φέτος). Ο δεύτερος (χρονικά) φέρει τον τίτλο "Evil or Divine: Live in New York City" και (πρωτο)κυκλοφόρησε προ εικοσαετίας, τον Φεβρουάριο του 2005.

Αποτελείται από δεκαπέντε τραγούδια του Dio (δέκα), των Black Sabbath (δύο) και των Rainbow (επίσης δύο). Επανακυκλοφόρησε αρκετές φορές, με πλέον πρόσφατη τον Φεβρουάριο του 2021 σε διπλό cd, τριπλό βινύλιο και σε ψηφιακή μορφή μέσω της δισκογραφικής εταιρείας BMG Entertainment.
