Το τραγούδι των Deep Purple "Demon's Eye" το συναντάμε στον δίσκο της Βρετανικής μπάντας "Fireball" που κυκλοφόρησε το 1971. Για την ακρίβεια υπάρχει στην Ευρωπαϊκή έκδοση του album (το τρίτο τραγούδι).

Στην θέση του η έκδοση που κυκλοφόρησε σε ΗΠΑ, Καναδά και Ιαπωνία περιείχε το "Strange Kind of Woman"! Παράλληλα το ακούμε και στο single "Fireball" (επίσης στην Ευρωπαϊκή του έκδοση, καθώς στην Αμερικάνικη υπάρχει το "I'm Alone" στην δεύτερη πλευρά του βινυλίου).

Η (live) έκδοση του τραγουδιού που σας παρουσιάζουμε αφορά στην φιλμογράφηση του "Demon's Eye" στις 3 Σεπτεμβρίου 2005 στο Ντίσελντορφ (Polo Express) της Γερμανίας στο πλαίσιο της περιοδείας "Rapture of the Deep Tour". Σύμφωνα με την δισκογραφική τους εταιρεία (earMUSIC) η συγκεκριμένη εκτέλεση δεν έχει συμπεριληφθεί σε κάποιον δίσκο ή κάποιο βίντεο / dvd των Deep Purple:

«From the Vault: this restored video, filmed during the 'Rapture of the Deep Tour' (3 September 2005 at Polo Express, Düsseldorf, Germany) was used for the album TV promotion in Europe. This version has not been released on any Deep Purple CD or Video.»
