Οι Caronte (Χάρων ή Χάροντας, στα Ιταλικά) μας έρχονται από την Ιταλία (Parma) κι αρέσκονται στο doom metal με "σκοτεινή" θεματολογία. "Shamanic Doom Metal" αποκαλούν την μουσική τους. Δημιουργήθηκαν το 2011 από τον Dorian Bones (μετά την διάλυση του συγκροτήματος The Wraiths Orchestra) κι έχουν κυκλοφορήσει τρεις "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους. Ο πιο πρόσφατος τιτλοφορείται "YONI" και "βγήκε" τον περασμένο Σεπτέμβριο...
