Το τραγούδι "L.A. Connection" ήταν το δεύτερο single των Rainbow από τον δίσκο "Long Live Rock 'n' Roll". Στην δεύτερη πλευρά του βινυλίου ήταν το "Lady of the Lake". Πρώτο single ήταν το ομότιτλο κομμάτι του δίσκου (b-side: "Sensitive to Light"). To "Long Live Rock 'n' Roll" ήταν το τελευταίο album του "Ουρανίου Τόξου" με τον μεγάλο Ronnie James Dio στα φωνητικά.
